A great bag
Well made and good quality
The large version of the bag is perfect for my needs, it can hold quite a lot of stuff without looking stuffed. I usually bring a small book for reading, A5 sketchbook, A5 diary, A6 notebook, a 0.5L thermo cup for coffee. Pen case, a small snack/lunch, and some small stuff like phone charger. Sometimes I even bring everything I need to play DnD at the same time. The shoulder strap felt a little unpractical when the bag is full, but that doesn’t bother me much, I prefer to carry the bag as a tote anyway. The construction and materials seem to be very good for the price, and it looks great. I love to bring my bag whenever I’m going sketching or if I need to take a short trip.

My Innes bag is simple and sturdy and came quickly with great guidance from the designer and clear communication. I love it!
No complaints, just kind of wished I would have configured the bag a bit differently. If I ever destroy this bag and they're still in business, I'll get another a different feature here and there.
For starters excellent workmanship; materials employed and colors as expected, thus loyal to your catalog.
Only three comments: 1. Belt should adjust in case required to carry as a briefcase 2. Consider adding a piece of stiff leather or other sort of material to keep the bag from creasing at the flap's base whenraised form the base. 3. Consider adding a magnetic grommet snap to close when needed the secondary back pocket.
This is our second bag that we've had custom made. Really appreciate the ability to have these bags constructed. Good quality and made to specifications that we provided.
This is already my second bag from Innes Bags, again a custom order. I needed a one-nighter with enough room for my laptop and clothes for a second day on a business trip and again the quality of the bag is excellent. I've also already gotten compliments by colleagues on it. It's really very nice.
